2.1.3. conducting marketing, statistical and other research;
2.1.4. Targeting of advertising materials on the Site.
3. Data Protection Requirements
3.1. The administration stores the data and protects it from unauthorized access and distribution in accordance with internal rules and regulations.
3.2. The data received shall be kept confidential, unless made public by the User, and the technologies and software of third parties used on the Site or the settings of the software used by the User shall provide for the open exchange with these persons and/or other participants and users of the Internet.
3.3. In order to improve the quality of work, the Administration has the right to store log files about actions performed by the User within the framework of using the Site for 1 (One) year.
4. Data transfer
4.1. The administration has the right to transfer data to third parties in the following cases:
The User has expressed its consent to such actions, including when the User uses the settings of the software used that do not restrict the provision of certain information;
The transfer is required as part of the User's use of the Site's functionality;
Transmission is required in accordance with the purposes of data processing;
In connection with the transfer of the Site to the possession, use or possession of such third party;

1.2. Use of the Service in any way and in any form within the scope of the claimed functionality, including:
viewing the Content within the Service;
signing the newsletter;

The Service is provided for use for informational and entertainment purposes on the terms of "as is," and therefore the Users are not provided with a guarantee that the Service will meet all the requirements of the User; services will be provided continuously, quickly, reliably and without errors; results that can be obtained using the Service will be accurate and reliable; the quality of any product, service, information and Content obtained through the Service will meet the User's expectations; any errors in the Content and/or software of the Service will be corrected.
3.3. Since the Service is in the stage of constantly adding and updating new functionality, the form and nature of the services provided may change from time to time without prior notification to the User. The Copyright Holder shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate (temporarily or permanently) the provision of services (or any individual functions within the scope of services) to all Users in general or to you, in particular, without your prior notice.
3.4. The User shall not have the right independently or with the involvement of third parties:
copy (reproduce) in any form and manner the computer programs and databases included in the Copyright Holder's Service, including any of their elements and Content, without the prior written consent of their owner;
discover technologies, emulate, decompile, disassemble, decrypt and perform other similar actions with the Service;
create software products and/or services using the Service without obtaining prior permission from the Copyright Holder.
3.5. In case of detection of errors in the Service operation or Content placed on it, notify the Copyright Holder at the address specified in the details or separately on the Support Service Website.
3.6. Under any circumstances, the liability of the Copyright Holder is limited to 1,000 (one thousand) rubles and is assigned to him only if there is guilt in his actions.
4. Notices
4.1. The User agrees to receive informational e-mails ("notifiers") from the Copyright Holder to the subscriber's e-mail address and/or phone number specified by You when using the Service.
4.2. The Rightholder may use the Notifiers to inform the User about changes and new possibilities of the Service, about changes in the Contract or the Mandatory Documents specified in it, as well as for informational or advertising mailings.
5. Other terms
5.1. This User Agreement, the procedure for its conclusion and execution, as well as issues not regulated by this Agreement, are regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. All disputes under or in connection with the Agreement shall be subject to consideration in court at the location of the Copyright Holder in accordance with the current procedural legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.3. This Agreement may be changed or terminated unilaterally by the Copyright Holder without prior notice to the User and without any compensation in connection therewith.
